Stayed there for our 10th anniversary and the hotel didnt disappoint. We have travelled to over 40 countries and stayed in probably over 200 properties in the last ten years. This has to be one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in ever. Each and every bit of the hotel is thoughtfully created right from the checkin to the lighting to the kitchen appliances, the breakfast options. Team Haawe, you have set a benchmark which is tough to beat. All the next hotels will have a steep curve to climb. You have spoiled us :)

This resort is incredible if you are staying in Rovanemi you need to stay here!! It’s about 15 mins out of the city which is perfect (there isn’t much to see in the city) you are also right next door to Santa land where there are heaps of activities and photo opportunities. Having the meals included in the rate was great - the onsite restaurant is really good and the staff are very friendly. The room is honestly incredible - so clean, the bed is comfortable and sleeping under the Aurora lights is a once in a lifetime experience. Bathroom is also very modern and clean and the shower head is the best we’ve had on holiday. I couldn’t rate this place any higher it was the highlight of our Scandinavia holiday.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous snow and scenery. Very quite area. The rooms were stunning, had everything we needed. Very friendly, homely feeling. Its a family run hotel, the lady who was working the days we were staying was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to chat to our kids about there days trips and what plans they had when she would meet them outside. Taxis are about 30euro from the hotel to Santa Claus Village & City Centre.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, just in front of the frozen lake on which we could take walks and it’s close to the city center. The apartment was very clean and cosy with a super comfortable bed. It had everything we needed. The wifi was also very good. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Incredible. The staff were exceptional, we had a table at the restaurant for a late dinner and the staff called everyone outside to see the northern lights, they even turned off all the lights and let us return to our meals afterwards. The dinner was delicious too. Breakfast was included in our booking and there was a lot of variety. The igloo we stayed in was nice and warm, clean and such a nice.wxperience, there is even a tablet in the room which you can set a northern lights alarm on, on the same night I got woken up by the alarm and saw the mesmerising green skies again. Location is great, just a short walk into the main part of Santa Claus Village. You can take a shuttle bus from the airport but we opted to go with a cab which wasn't hugely expensive.

Excellent location. Chalet was comfortable, warm & clean. Breakfast was lovely and great selection. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Facilities excellent.
