Five-Star Hotels in Saariselka

It was a dream come true. I was able to see the auroras from the igloo. East side was very quiet which was what I was looking for.

Location; The villa is facing south on the slope of Kaunispää. Clean, minimalistic and modern interior.

The apartment was small, but just big enough for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). It was clean, comfortable, and a good temperature. We paid extra for the linen which wasn't put on the beds, so we had to make the beds which was a bit annoying when we were tired. It also made the stay more expensive when we paid extra for the baby linen and cot. Very handy drying cupboard, and great to have a washing machine, but no clothes detergent, which would have been useful. The directions to the apartment were a bit confusing, the pub on the corner isn't an Irish pub any more. The location was very good for getting the bus to the ski slopes, and taking walks to the grocery store and restaurants.
