Excellent continental breakfast to sustain us walking Offa's Dyke Path. Warm and friendly hosts, lovely beer garden , cosy pub atmosphere for our evening meal. Location fantastic for walking Offa's Dyke. Local patrons at the pub were really chatty and welcoming.

Everything from the beautiful drive through the Brecon Beacons. The snow on the mountains was idyllic. The location is a peaceful haven away from everyday life. The staff were so attentative . The food menu was plentiful. The Pen Y Llan Stable Room 10 was superb away from the main house. Unable to comment on Spa and Beauty services as I was in no need of there services , next time. Breakfast was fabulous.

Fantastic location, facilities were more than adequate, little or no disruption from the farm basically absolutely nothing to complain about other than a dodgy A frame bench outside lol ,would recommend for a quiet escape for a group of friends or family

Fabulous views, outside space/seating watching the sun going down, lots of little extra touches (freshly baked bread). Top-quality fitted kitchen and utensils, log burner, super-comfortable bed, very quiet location in the great outdoors, and helpful friendly hosts. Great local walks. There was even an Pizza oven!

My husband and I stayed at Lon Lodges for 3 nights in June. It’s a lovely location on a working farm and the owners are very hospitable. It was an extremely comfortable accommodation and the owners thought of every detail. The view from the lodge was amazing over the farm. The lodge has everything you could possibly want. The bedroom was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the car parking was quite ample. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a meal. The bird feeders outside the kitchen window were wonderful … blue tits, great tits, sparrows, greater spotted woodpecker, nuthatch and more. We visited many local nature sites but also did the walk around the farm which was mapped out in a pamphlet in the lodge. We are keen to go back since it is lovely lodge in a great location close to Rhayader. The town has many good pubs for eating out. Note: The WiFi was perfect and we had no problems with speed or reliability.
