A great location with parking only a couple of minutes away. A really lovely room with a superb bathroom. I thought that all the front of house staff were efficient and welcoming! I definitely would stay here again!!

What a beautiful hotel. So close to everything and Tracy couldn't of been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, cosy and relaxing. I will definitely be back to Chester and will be staying here again!

There was no problem to change rooms when we discovered a plumbing issue. The bed was very comfortable and the separate public car park was very convenient; there is a direct lift to an from the hotel.

unfortunate mishap with boiler not working was and when could not be resolved by resetting was quickly resolved by moving us to the appt next door. Kind owner! Good location, supermarket across street, many restaurants nearby

Lovely area beautiful countryside. It honestly felt like home. Cannot wait to visit again the Holiday Home was absolutely perfect for us the rooms were amazing the kitchen had everything we needed.
