My son Max and I had a magical stay at The Balmoral. The staff were just wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay extra special for Max (age 9). Our trip to Edinburgh was a special treat because he's a huge Harry Potter fan. He absolutely loved Edinburgh and all it's Potter lore but the stay in the Balmoral was by far the highlight of his trip because of how kind everyone was to us (as well as it being a beautiful luxurious hotel of course).

Hillary was quite the perfect hostess! Greated us at the door, was very kind and welcoming...we loved our room and the bath towels were best on the entire trip. A lovely home!! Breakfast was just amazing...couldn't have asked for anything else!

The Armoury is like an entire apartment with everything one can wish for. There is a coffee machine and new bottles of water delivered every day.
