Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend! The lodge was very tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed. The hot tub was a great addition and worked perfectly. The Portmeirion crockery was amazing. The underfloor heating was lovely. The beds were comfy. The hosts were lovely and very responsive and offered us later checkout which was very much needed. The location was perfect and quiet.

The cottage was immaculately clean, furnished to a high specification and fully equipped. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The time they took to greet us and explain how things worked was much appreciated. They were also very generous in the provision of absolutely everything we needed, including items such as dishwasher tablets which you would not normally expect. The welcome basket was full of delicious, luxury goodies many of which were produced locally. Orchard Cottage can be highly recommended, it is certainly the nicest cottage we have ever stayed in and we had a wonderful time.
