Recently renovated and decorated with a restrained but comfortable style. My room was of a very good size and offered more than adequate storage and a good opportunity to work, although my visit was primarily of a private nature. The hosts were very accommodating, and the breakfast was fresh and in part prepared with home-made ingredients. I really miss the good English breakfast ;-)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful and modern and spotlessly clean. Peter and Helen and their staff are so accommodating and make you feel at home straight away. Nothing is too much trouble and Peter is such a sincere lovely person and so informative and helpful.

Everything! The house was lovely, our room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and so fresh. The cream tea on arrival was a pleasant start to our break. Allison and Michael made us all feel very welcome. A fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended.
