Absolutely loved our stay at Langdale. The hotel was perfect. We really appreciated that the fireplaces were always lit, which created such a cosy environment for our autumn holiday. The staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. The entire team deserves praise. The little details do not go unnoticed.

The property was beautiful in a reserved old building style. The breakfast room/dining room was gorgeous and the furnishings were stunning. Staff were lovely. It was just a few hundred metres to the Windermere strip shops, had private off road parking and the £3pp each way bus to Bowness where the lake cruises leave from was only a couple of hundred metres away. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful with the luggage.
