A world class hotel with exceptionally dedicated and friendly staff throughout. The best entertainment team we have ever come across, so professional and passionate about their job. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay unforgettable. JC in particular was the star of the team, with his exceptional performance skills and kind demeanour. His positive attitude and personal approach to guests made all the difference in our stay. Our little boy was chosen to be included in the Lion King performance and the entire entertainment team made him feel like royalty. They were outstanding in their performances every evening and we looked forward to all of their activities. The guest relations manager was also excellent and highly professional and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. A truly wonderful hotel with highly trained and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and well considered layout of the buildings and accommodation. The interior design is understated and maintains a theme of natural beauty. The grounds and pools are well maintained. Staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant food variety and choice was good. I stayed with my sister as a treat for just 2 nights in the junior suite with private pool. We watched the hotel grow from a wreck to this stunning masterpiece and it was a joy to visit it and experience it. Despite only a 2 night stay our cleaner came and she was so considerate.

It was a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed everything, the hotel is very beautiful with nice private beach. We wanted to thank all the staff for the surprise on the occasion of our wedding anniversary, especially Jason at the reception. for those looking for the best spots to take pretty photos I recommend this Hotel . The resort had truly great amenities, including spa and fantastic cycling opportunities in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Delicious food, nice sandy beach, nice rooms

The food was amazing. The beds were comfy. The room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. It was a vibe. Definitely recommend for young middle-aged people or even older people who just want an absolute vibe. Me and my wife loved it. We're 35 years old. Most people were around 25 - 60, so it was a nice mixture of ages.

Incredible time from the moment we arrived. Staff could not have been more welcoming or friendly. Rooms were extremely clean, well equipped and well maintained. Great selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day. Had a lovely time at the spa.

The hotel's location is perfect - in the Achavari area, just on the main road, however, at the end of the settlement, feels like completely calm, hidden and remote (which is great!). The hotel reception staff helped us book a transfer from and to the airport upon arrival and departure, we had nice luxury cars. Upon arrival, we were helped with our luggage and greeted by a concierge with a refreshment and a cold scented towel, after which we were shown the property grounds (alongside a map, timings for everything and events schedule) and taken to our room. To our surprise, we were kindly upgraded to an interconnecting room and my partner and I had to have our own bathrooms during our stay which was lovely. I cannot say much more about the food except that everything we tried was absolutely delicious and I have never seen such a variety and attention to detail especially in a buffet style of dining. We got to also try the Fine Dining, Tavernaki and Italian restaurants. Service across the property, including the Lobby bar is top-notch. Fortunately enough, we also managed to secure a booking at the wine library Cava Bottega on one of the evenings, where the amazing sommelier Giorgia prepared a wine tasting with a small food platter for my partner and non-alcoholic wines for me. She is quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a very understandable way. It was a lovely experience! Furthermore, we quite enjoyed spending time at the aqua park just relaxing beneath the palm trees. Even though the hotel was quite full, at no point in time it felt crowded or hard to get a place around the beach, pools, or main restaurant. To sum up, I would highly recommend the Grecotel LuxME hotel range, with the LuxME concept includes everything one might think of - amazing service, food, facilities, all types of drinks at all times, stocked mini bar and coffee station, entertainment, and even wine tasting!

The staff is amazing, Maria the manager in particular- attentive, patient, kind and super professional.
