The location of the hotel changed an incredible experience into an unforgettable one. Bells serenaded us in the morning and we were only a few minutes walk from both main gates. The staff felt like friends from the start and did everything humanly possible to help us. Amazing people. Fabulous place.

Very comfortable beds, very clean and the most charming staff. The lift brings you to the beach which was such a treat and it was a 10 minutes walk into the old town. Perfect hotel. Oh and delicious breakfast… and did I say how INCREDIBLE the staff were, it needs saying again.

Everything is just perfect stop wasting your time to search and book this place. Helpful hint: the taxi can't enter the old town, it's a bit of a walk from the taxi with many steps, ask for someone to come and take your bags for you they charge ten euro per bag and it is seriously worth it. Chilling at the balcony you feel like you are in wonderland. The design is just perfect. Great sauna and jaccuzi. Seriously perfect location since being in the upper side of the city gives you the most amazing views. 3 big master bedrooms with toilet.

    Modern and comfortable accommodation. Big bed and silent air con. Nice and service minded staff, although not fully trained or experienced for a 5 star facility. The hotel is located close to the sea and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Shopping mall across the street.
