A beautiful place to stay on a beautiful spot! Staff perfect.. Only thing! You can not see the sunset, that is around the cornor and same for the sunbeds. There perfect but no sun on the terrace. But no worries, everything else is perfect and a 10min scooter ride to 'Devels Tears' for a perfect sunset so a big 10 from us🙏🏼🙏🏼

The best are the people who work there! Erick, Kadee and Cadek! Without them we wouldn’t have had such a great time. The stunning view on the best surfspot at Bali is also fantastic! The house is stunning and clean and the bed is heavenly.

Everything! The hotel is exceptional in every way! The staff were amazing. Went out of their way tl give us the smoothest and most comfortable stay. Beautiful location. The staff was really kind and helpful. The Regency Club access is a must have. With it you can enjoy the cocktail hours which is way beyond your imagination (drinks and foods). The bbq restaurant was also exeptional. We were 3 different city in Bali (Ubud, Gili and Sanur). Be prepared that this Hotel (and Sanur Beach itself) is similar to western, european trends, not traditional style. It is not a good or bad thing, just a fact. It is your choice which do you prefer.

The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel grounds felt like a paradise – lush with plants and beautifully located by the beach. Mr. Soma and the reception team were outstanding, always organizing smooth trips for us around the island and even hassle-free day tours to Bali. We also loved the restaurant, where Mr. Alit made every visit a real pleasure. We were truly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Altogether, it was a perfect combination of comfort, paradise-like surroundings, and exceptional service.
