Our stay was amazing. The hospitality off each and everyone in the staff is increadable and on point. They are genuily interested in making our stay perfect and manage to do so. We recently had the pleasure of sleeping 4 nights at Cicada, and I must say, it was an absolutely extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, we where greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. We started with a welcome drink and ceremony wich made us feel welcome. The room was perfect clean 2 times a day and free water and snacks. The view of the pool and the room was amazing. The food at Tangelo is nothing short of spectacular. Each dish is a work of art on a plate, showcasing not only culinary expertise but also a true passion for gastronomy. The menu is a delightful journey through flavors and textures, with each bite more exquisite than the last. The presentation of the dishes is a testament to the creativity of the chefs, and every meal felt like a carefully crafted masterpiece. But it's not just only the food that makes exceptional; it's the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of. Whether you have dietary preferences or specific questions about the menu, they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. The ambiance is another highlight. The decor is elegant and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Hotel was just amazing. Spa was just magical, food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Generally it exceeded our expectation. For every our need crew of the hotel was reacting very fast. Especially Reno. If I knew what how good is this hotel I would cancel all other bookings in Bali and just stay with them.

the sebali resort was not only clean but the staff was very friendly and helpfull. they really cared about you and your experience there. they kindly explain everything to you and walk you through all the steps of staying in the jungle/forrest. i would 100% recommend a stay here.. we tried out everything they had to offer and we were more than pleased!! Everything is exactly as shown in picture - the villa is not 100m2 but more like 30-40m2 but that is more than enough.

The property and staff were absolutely outstanding. For an extra fee they decorated my friend’s room with flowers, balloons, lights and a cake. We had massages and a facial and it was extremely relaxing, clean and the staff gave me one of the best I have experienced in a very long time. The grounds were stunning, kept up and the perfect place to relax.

I recently stayed at Tejaprana Bisma Resort, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Ubud, this resort offers the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Top-Notch Care and Service Unfortunately, I got sick during my stay, but the resort staff went out of their way to take care of me. They quickly arranged for a doctor to come to my villa and check on me. The staff even checked in on me every day until I felt better. Their genuine concern made a tough situation much easier to handle. Everything You Need The amenities at the resort were fantastic. Whether I needed food, transportation, room cleaning, or room service, everything was just a call away. The room service was especially impressive, and my villa was always spotless. Great Advice and Activities The resort also provided great information about local activities and gave me tips on what to do and what to avoid. This made exploring Ubud much easier and more enjoyable. The staff's advice was super helpful and ensured I had a great time. Comfort and Relaxation My villa was absolutely stunning with beautiful views and all the modern amenities I could ask for. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort's attention to detail and cleanliness really stood out. Overall, my stay at Tejaprana Bisma Resort was incredible. The exceptional service, genuine care, and luxurious comfort made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Ubud.     Everything was outstanding from the Beautiful Villa with private Pool to the gorgeous Hotel Staff, the Outstanding food and nice drinks as well as the fantastic Spa and the best Massage Therapists we have had in Bali to the great Butler Service via WhatsApp and the Daily complimentary shuttles to Ubud Center. We had our second home here and we absolutely would recommend the Hotel and we will definitely come back.
