The logistics and arrangement were extremely easy and pleasant. Staff created a WhatsApp group upon check-in through which all requests, bookings and servicing was facilitated. Different staff members were syncing information on the background to minimize hassle and offer a pleasant experience.

The Hava Ubud provided a magical experience for our anniversary. Firstly, they went above and beyond by upgrading our room and decorating it with beautiful fresh rose petals on the bed and bathtub. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh. All amenities provided plus welcome fruit. The Hava Spa was amazing and highly recommended. Sadly, I did get the famous Bali Belly, and thankfully, the staff provided us with medical assistance. So we will come back to make happier memories in Ubud.

Our stay at The Sebali Resort was pure magic. The villa was beautiful, private, and surrounded by nature—perfect for our honeymoon. Everyting was absolutely amazing. From the staff to the rooms all the way to the food and drinks. They offer a guided trip with a private driver which was amazing. Our driver was Rati who we can't thank enough. Elso everyone at the reception Dwi, Ajus, Yude... was amazing. I almost forgot about the relaxing morning yoga - it was great!

We had a very lovely stay at the Tejaprana. The location was excellent, the facilities and the accomodation exceeded our expetations and the best part of it was the entire staff. From the moment you arrive until you reach the airport for your flight back, they make sure you have every little bit of comfort. We would definitley return and recommend this stay.

    Everything was outstanding from the Beautiful Villa with private Pool to the gorgeous Hotel Staff, the Outstanding food and nice drinks as well as the fantastic Spa and the best Massage Therapists we have had in Bali to the great Butler Service via WhatsApp and the Daily complimentary shuttles to Ubud Center. We had our second home here and we absolutely would recommend the Hotel and we will definitely come back.
