United StatesThe experience was perfect, from the moment we arrived till check out. We arrived hours before the check in time, tired and with our 3 and the staff quickly worked to anticipate our room, that was full of amenities for our son.
The hotel is beautiful, restaurants, bars, wonderful pool and dream beach.
Kids club is excellent too.
Concierge is a 10!
