I checked in quite late night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very polite. The room was clean and the bathroom and the toilet is separated. The bathroom was the Japanese style. The location is right in front of the train station but it’s not noisy at all. Just be careful that you have to go to the other part of hotel to check in if you arrived after 9pm (forgot exactly the time). You can walk around outside to get to the other part of the hotel or you can go up floor 3 and take a bridge to get to the other side. The breakfast is good.

Convenient location with Lawson , shopping mall , train station within walking distance. The view from the room is excellent. Service is also good and they provide children slipper and children toothbrush for my 4 yo. Bus stop for airport limousine is near so it is convenient to get to the hotel even with luggages. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland is good too . Would love to stay again !
