The sushi restaurant and the bar in the roof are very good . All the staffs were super friendly . The temperature was really cold for two days and they passed out hot packs for guests on their way out.

Neat and clean. Good for big groups. Very convenient as there is a 7-11 and drug store within walking distance. Kids were happy with the games and entertainment provided in the hotel. Host will arrange for towel change and garbage collection but it has to be prearranged 1 day ahead. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Service was excellent, both from the counter service staff, who went out of their way to answer my queries, and the spa staff, who had immaculate services standards. Shoutout to Tanaka-san and Kusumoto-san from the spa, and Yamashita-san from the counter. Facilities and activities were also varied and great.
