Hotel - very nice layout. The best of our trip. Room was very spacious, especially for Japan. Staff were very professional and helpful - booking reservations for us (recommended with the better restaurants in the area). Location - walking distance to most sites. Very short walk to the market. A bit of a walk from the train station but certainly doable for most people. Bed was large and comfortable, and room was quiet. Bonus - laundry facilities, and a first for me, you could monitor the 4 washing machines on the floor below with your TV! Love Japan!

The place is absolutely amazing !! Tre room is clean, comfortable and with a lovely design, with a bath space in the Japan style. The staff gave us great suggestions for dinner and breakfasts , and was really gentle with our kids. I would definitely recommend it!

gorgeous room, like a little bedsit. everything you could possibly wish for. the hotel is very new, charming with a lovely terrace. Right by the station and bus station, above an array of restaurants, next to a big department store.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had an issue with our luggage delivery from the airport (it couldn’t be delivered due to the heavy snow), and the hotel staff went out of their way to find an alternative solution for us, even though it wasn’t their fault. The hotel’s location is also superb, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
