The staff is extremely helpful. We had several requests and they were able to promptly accomodate them. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The room we had was small but comfortable.

The views from the room are spectacular. You don’t want to leave. The hotel is situated close to the subway station and is a part of Lalaport where you can find a lot of stores. We were eating at the bakery on 1B floor everyday which was very good.

The location is really good and super starting point for all the trips. Hotel overall is worth of money and if you want to have a good sleep, book the premier grand with all extras. We will come back for sure.

We've stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel several times and love it. It's such a luxurious place in a traditional way....a beautiful room with high ceilings and a great view, and the most wonderful breakfasts! Most Tokyo 4/5 star hotels are too large and impersonal for me, generally high rises, but Tokyo Station is old fashioned and comforting and I like the smaller scale. Not to mention the central location...so easy to get to any part of Tokyo from there with direct access to the JR Yamanote line. The open space of the huge plaza in front is lovely, giving open and distant views. Despite the nearby trains and the people gathering for photos in the plaza, the rooms are silent inside with the double glazed windows.

It was so convenient, the subway station was 6-10mins away. If you need a halal restaurant that was a 3min walk away. The room was huge and fit all our suitcases - we had 7 suitcases. Facilities were impeccable and it was clean. You could hear traffic outside however not too loud, they did provide ear plugs but were not used. I will be staying here again for sure.
