Beautiful colonial building with nice gardens. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Was the perfect choice after a busy 10 days travelling around Sri Lanka. They upgraded me to a better room which was very kind.

Everything and anything!!! This place is a paradise on earth… truly magical! It’s 3 min by Tuk Tuk, or motorbike from the beach, which is just what you need to be away from the main road. It’s completely immerse in nature and next to the lake… endless numbers of animals and birds surround the property. You have a natural sounds playlist 24h a day!! The owner Andy, and the manager Yanaka + the cooks are the nicest and kindest persons, and they truly do everything to make your stay perfect!! The rooms are incredibly well decorated, huge and super clean with any type of facility!! The garden, overlooking rice fields, is a park itself. Its so Beautiful place. We enjoyed the beutiful pool, Beautiful restaurant for couple of days. We ate lunch and dinner there and there is enough variation for these days. This will be a place we always come back to. We loved the look at the monkeys climb in the trees and all birds singing early morning. Fantastic friendly and service minded staff. You can do yoga early morning by the pool or on your own balcony.

The property is exceptional. Rooms are superb and big with special designed bathrooms. Pool is spacious, clean and long enough to swim. The beach in front of the villa is clean and empty. Property is appropriate for families with children. Staff in villa is very nice and the food is very tasteful. We enjoyed our time in this property. We hope we will visit it again.

Beautiful, spacious, modern, tasteful rooms with balconies overlooking a beautiful beach. The beach is really large, clean and lovely with hardly any people and wonderful waves. The staff, led by the owner John, who lives at the property, are always smiling, happy to help with anything. John can arrange trips or taxis and he takes the hassle out of travelling around. The chef is superb and although there are other places to eat locally, you won’t want to. There is also a bar which was the icing on the cake.

I would like to thank the owner for true home-like hospitality and care as well as chef for exceptional food experience. Breakfast, lunch and diner were perfect. Chef managed to meet dietary requirements as well as deliver local cuisine flavors. This place is great for comfy retreat.
