Moufid would have to be the most attentive manager I have ever come across and his boss should pay him more to keep him - a real asset to any hospitality operator. The riad was immaculate, the food was delicious and the location was very good also. For guests booking be sure to give Moufid your WhatsApp contact and he will meet you and walk you to the riad - it’s easy to get to but much less stress if you arrange this ahead of time.

It was a fantastic experience. Firstly the owner is a fantastic man. Very professional, courteous, charming and extremely helpful. He has all the qualities which an ideal host can have. He made us feel we were his guests and not his customers. The Riad is fantastic and the room was awesome. It is not only beautiful and ethnic,but also has all modern facilities which any room has in a 5 star hotel. It is a perfect blend of modernity whithin tradition and the service was an icing in the cake. Also the resturant of the hotel was awesome.If u are tired in the evening, you need not go anywhere for dinner or drinks. What more to say...this Riad made our stay in Fes very memorable. You would actually love to live there. Thank’s to everyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palais de Fes, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and grandeur of the riad. The stunning architecture and intricate design of the building made me feel like I was transported to another time and place. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the medina from my room. Waking up each morning to the sight of the bustling city below was an incredible way to start the day. And in the evenings, the view was just as stunning, as the lights of the medina twinkled in the distance. Another wonderful aspect of my stay was the butler who set up the fireplace inside my room. It was such a cozy and inviting touch, and made my stay even more comfortable and luxurious. The butler was always attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. But perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was the dinner set up on my own private terrace. The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting was truly magical. As I dined under the stars, surrounded by the stunning views of the city, I felt like I was in a dream. Overall, I cannot recommend the Palais de Fes highly enough. From the beautiful surroundings to the attentive service and luxurious amenities, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. I look forward to the opportunity to return and experience the magic of this incredible riad once again.

Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all
