Everything was excellent, beautiful new hotel right across from Auckland airport, breakfasts were amazing everything you could want, rooms big bright and airy, when arriving at hotel at 3.30 in the morning, we asked for an early check in and were given our room key at 4am amazing, all the staff were lovely and very helpful especially young Benjiman who got us a coffee and a bite to eat, Also Martin who could not be more helpful and kind, it was that good we booked another 2 nights before our return flight to uk

Susan thought of everything you can think of! Everything was in the room: food for breakfast, books, travel gadgets, bathroom utilities, and so many other things. The view to the garden was amazing and the whole suite had a really relaxing vibe. I definitely want to mention that I've never stayed in a cleaner suite/apartment than this one. Susan was also very supporting and helpful!

This hotel gets everything right: great shower, great bed, comfortable room (we had a free upgrade), a lovely atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, and highly attentive and nice staff. The bar/restaurant area is beautiful, with everything a little retro styled.
