The staff made the stay so much better. As a resident I felt so grateful for choosing Aqua as the staff were very respectful, positive and always greeted us and helped with everything we needed. Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. The experience was indeed over the top, and we would love to go back again.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

What an absolute dream it has been to stay at Ambassador. The location, facilities, food, service and especially the staff have made our holiday with our baby Scarlett one to remember. If you are travelling with family, or want a more relaxed place to stay but close enough to walk to the action, I highly recommend staying at Ambassador. By the end of the trip we really did feel like we were hanging out with family 😍 and sad to have to say good bye. Based on our faultless experience we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Ambassador!

Accessibility to everything was very convenient as we have small children. Allocated sun beds on the public beach was extremely convenient, to be able to be comfortable on the beach was a massive highlight for us as we were there everyday. The staff are probably the best I’ve come across, they all familiarised themselves to us so quickly and went above and beyond with my children. Ate everyday at the restaurants and food and drink’s were always exceptional. Accessibility, convenience and service - massive highlights. Everything you want when travelling with small children.
