The hotel location was excellent. The facilities at the hotel were great. The room was decent sized and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely and the hotel managers were friendly and super helpful when needed. It’s a beautiful baroque-styled hotel that’s a great value for money. Great staff . I would like to thank Ms. Ioana Rus - the guest relations manager for the beautiful birthday wishes and for the positive attitude she had. Every member of the stuff was very polite. Rooms are clean, the furniture could be upgraded but it still looks good. Breakfast was fabulous, the best I had in a Bucharest top hotel . Access to the Worldclass Gym is free. The hotel location is also very good.
