The hotel location was excellent. The facilities at the hotel were great. The room was decent sized and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely and the hotel managers were friendly and super helpful when needed. It’s a beautiful baroque-styled hotel that’s a great value for money. I most definitely will return to the hotel if I revisit Bucharest again.

The room had two windows on opposite sides, so two views, a sitting room, and bathroom/sinks room and toilet/shower room, including two televisions, and desk. We paid for breakfast and dinner, and both rooms were lovely, and the food was good.

This is really a palace with luxurious royal vibes and wonderful service. There is an amazing exceptional restaurant with fine food where you can enjoy dinner and have eggs Benedict for breakfast. There is also a spa, a little gym and even a chapel inside. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend, I think it’s the best place to stay in Bucharest for this value. If you have an option, ask for the room in the colors which you prefer. I liked the tender beige one more

I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff, the room, the food, the coffee — everything was just excellent. Special thanks to the team: they are truly wonderful, always attentive and caring. I was upgraded to a better room free of charge and spent 5 days living there like a queen 👑 Quiet, sooo cozy, absolutely new room, an amazing bed, soft pillows and a fluffy duvet — everything was thought out to the smallest detail.
