Excellent hotel 5 stars, respectfull staff, clean, excellent breakfast and dinner. I booked a room with 2 beds and the hotel provided a bigger room. I would lile to thank a lot Mr Hammad who was really excellent and friendly.

Ideally located between Al Khobar and Dammam, the hotel provides easy access to the business district and is just minutes from popular shopping malls.

Everything.. the hotel is modern, quiet and comfortable. The reception Saad and Hussain gave me an upgrade for the room with an excellent view. The hotel is located to the nearest restaurant you can go by walk.

This was a luxury stay in Al Kobar. Everything was perfect in the hotel. Very clean, even in the smallest detail (e.g., water marks on the taps). Breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. In general, I really enjoyed the stay. A few things that could be improved: the restaurant didn't have many options available. The dine-in room menu was different from the restaurant's one. Also, I couldn't find an entrance to go in or out of the hotel on foot. Only car barriers existed. Also, the air conditioning was producing an extremely cold temperature in the room, I had to turn it off most of the times because I was about to get cold (even after I increased the temperature significantly). The staff was amazing, especially Seha at the reception was above and beyond.
