Five-Star Hotels in Ljubljana

Everything! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and welcoming. My room was very clean, stylish and super comfortable – I really felt at home. The hotel bar was elegant and had a great atmosphere – perfect for a relaxed evening. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with so much variety. I looked forward to it every morning! Also, the location was great – close to the city center but still quiet. I can highly recommend the Grand Plaza Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional is the first word that comes to mind when thinking of this hotel, a hotel where I spent a total of 16 days. Service, location, breakfast and rooms were all of the highest calibre. A perfect holiday retreat with every wish addressed with a friendly smile and wonderful efficiency. Firstly, I must commend Gregor, the Golden Key concierge, who was truly phenomenal in going far beyond the call of duty in providing me with outstanding service. Kudos to him! The staff at reception (Tjasa, Yulih, Nina, Tim, Ana and Stas) were always ready to answer all my queries which made the stay so welcoming. Of course, breakfast was a truly extraordinary event each day with a wide array of food choices, all of the highest quality. Marko, Blaz, Bojan, Kana, Lucija and Neverna worked like a finely tuned engine in providing impeccable service and always with a smile. The porters (Tadej, Jernej and Vasja) were always so friendly and professional, making one feel like they were at home. Housekeeping (Mojca, Aziza and Ana) provided me with truly wonderful service. The property is beautiful place for relaxation. In the app is everything you need. If you are not from SLO, the location is near Ljubljana and also has great connections for train and bus.
