Breakfast is amazing. Staff in kitchen zakaria , seemas and all amazing kitchen staff were very helpful. Front manager Bilal ozman, davit, and bilal ozlan were very helpful and happy to assist with directions, booking tours and ideas on what to buy. Location is terrific.

Ibis Merter is simply the best! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the wholesale shops and retail streets, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. Clean room, nice design, feeling on the island of comfort, especially when you know that outside is the city center of Istanbul with it is dirt and noise. Was happy that I made this choice, it was really very good comfortable stay. We could agree on time of cleaning and it was always very well done, even washing of our plates by stuff. Location is great, just few minutes walk from restaurants and shops.
