The room was very spacious, elegantly decorated, high-end amenities, a perfect bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in the entire East Asia in 5-6 years of trips to the region. High-quality, fresh ingredients, very well-made dishes and a great versatility of offerings. The check-in/check-out was very smooth and friendly.

Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

Excellent rooms and beautiful property Service is excellent especially from Simon and his team. We constantly asked for recommendations and the team has been wonderful in giving us suggestions. My wife and I constantly travel for work and have stayed in our fair share of Marriotts and Hiltons. This property was way better. Not to mention the bowling alley in the bar ? What an interesting touch !

The room was huge and amazing. I love the fact that it was spacious and I really love the bath area, it was huge and had a great bath tub that I used everyday! The staff were extremely friendly and they assisted in all of my requests. I will definitely want to stay there again if I were to return to Taichung!
