We came here after our cruise knowing we were early and just planning to drop off our bags. The reception was incredibly nice and kind, and our room was already prepared so they let us check in several hours early! This was our best lodging experience in the US. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. We loved the small terrace for breakfast and lunch. The room was big and nice, with a huge balcony. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the coconut grove bayside. The area around it is beautiful, small shops, good restaurants, very green and you can just stroll hours around and simply enjoy the beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was exceptional - very kind and helpful. A true 5 star hotel!!

The location was convenient and had everything we needed. The room was a really good size and the balcony was just amazing!

Amazing location, right on the cusp of Bayside, Kaseya Center, and lots of great food options. Our room was immaculate with modern amenities and a lovely swimming pool. Staff were helpful and overall wonderful stay.

I visited Dua while in Miami on a business trip. The location of the property is perfect, right at the heart of Brickell yet not in the middle of the busier noisy parts. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was super clean. Also, the balcony had great views of the Brickell skyline. For me a highlight was also the restaurant, that I can highly recommend to whoever visits the hotel.

location fantastic, close to everything. Room was enormous with excellent facilities but would have been useful to have instructions to use coffee machine.
