Doris Cruise truly was value for money, the cruise was new, clean, and very spacious for a good recharge. The servive was exceptional - especially Brian who always served us with a grin and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Take note that network is spotty most of the time so take it as a chance to unplug and enjoy the spectacular view of Halong Bay. Thanks for the enjoyable experience!

I had the pleasure of bringing my parents along on this trip, and it turned out to be a truly unforgettable experience for them. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed exceptional care and attentiveness—helping carry their luggage and assisting them warmly when boarding and leaving the boat. The meals were a delightful combination of Asian and Western cuisine, with familiar Vietnamese flavors that brought comfort and joy to my parents. They especially enjoyed the serene atmosphere, the refreshing swimming pool, and the romantic, peaceful surroundings. One thoughtful gesture that touched us deeply was how the staff had prepared special seating just for them, making them feel truly honored and cared for. This is the perfect destination for anyone wanting to treat their elderly parents to a relaxing and meaningful summer getaway.

The cruise was absolutely fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was perfectly taken care of. We stayed one night and truly loved every moment. The excursions were amazing and flawlessly organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Breakfast was fine with the omelet. Brunch and lunch had plentiful choices. We appreciated the pho. Dinner is western style with a touch of Vietnamese pan fried fish made more tasty with fish sauce, lime, fresh chilis, and herbs. Our suite had a great panoramic view and shower facilities functioned well...we probably should have tried the jacuzzi stand alone tub (it looked very inviting) but did not want to take extra time in tub. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. I am especially appreciative of Andy, the operator, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was superb. He also made arrangements for our transfer to Sapa in a private car. We did want to experience the limo bus heading back to Hanoi so he arranged that as well. Note the bus goes only to the bus station and not to our hotel, but Andy arranged for our short transfer from the station to the hotel with a Grab car. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured everything went off without a hitch (cannot be easy keeping everyone together and on time). Apologies to the young woman who was the cruise organizer (we forgot to note her name), but she was very helpful throughout. We took the 3D2N cruise and was sad to leave such a friendly and warm ambience. The views were absolutely spectacular as we had a wonderful sunny day on the second day. Ship overall had modern facilities and does reflect the luxury for which the cruise is offering as a brand.

    The Stellar is a beautiful five star boat. The staff provide exceptional service. Our senior suite was beautiful and the spa was excellent. Our lovely butler Helen was very attentive also.

    Staff were cheerful & very helpful. Rooms were much more spacious than expected. Breakfast included and was exceptional with lots of variety & high quality. This is not 5 stars, more like a 6 + stars hotel.

    Prior to arrival, we were advised we would be upgraded to the sister ship Elite of the Sea. This was awesome. Crew were exceptional, big thanks to butler BRIAN and manager HARRY, both fantastic. Room exceptional, scenery, activities, facilities, 10 plus. Food was 5 star, could not fault this trip by the company ACLASS. Even the transfers were luxurious. I think we definitely recommend this experience to everyone. Thanks again Brian and Harry
