There was a sumptuous breakfast with a very caring staff. The staff were friendly providing suggestions on activities to engage in and useful tips. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing and rooms were really spacious and impeccably maintained. The care exhibited by staff in the maintenance of the property was very evident. We were fortunate to have a room with a mountain view, providing a great sight from the balcony.

Location a bit out of Sa Pa center but with very beautiful scenery to the valley. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle bus service to the city center or quick 15-20 minutes walk. Nice balcony.

Had a wonderful stay - the view and the pool were absolutely breathtaking and the room was very spacious and a super comfy bed! All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help, a special shout-out to Viet who was working at the pool desk and his photography skills! Will definitely return if I’m ever back in Sa Pa.

We loved our stay in Lady Hill Resort! The staff is super nice and friendly, the rooms spacious, clean and beautiful, the breakfast was very good and the resort per se is one of the best we have seen so far and definitely the best in Vietnam that we had :) I would come back again and can only recommend!

The staff at the hotel are beyond lovely, the rooms are so beautiful, it’s such a stunning location, good distance away from the city but close enough to walk. We also loved getting the little biscuits and a note with a little story each night. We are already planning our next visit and considering getting married here.
