My wife and I were on a short anniversary trip on week day. I just left a note for early check in at around 13:00 and a room with nice view if possible when I booked the room, but all over my expectation. We have the room when arrived at 12:00 with a beautiful sea view upgrade. Housekeeping and hotel team even decorated the room for our celebration and a nice greeting letter from the hotel GM Mr. Wibowo. My wife was very happy, so I am happy too. Happy wife, happy life 🙂
