This Hotel is located directly next to the scenic Forggensee Lake, just 14 km from Neuschwanstein Castle. Seehotel und Appartements Schnöller offers a sauna with lake views and a garden.

Each apartment comprises of a flat-screen TV and a contemporary-style kitchen. Bathrobes and toiletries are featured in the private bathroom. Wonderfull location. Staff was very helpful. Additional benefits, such as sauna and sups near the lake were wonderfull.

    Absolutely perfectly equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment, with excellent arrival instructions. Extremely clean and bright. I have never stayed anywhere self catering with better kitchen equipment, or such high quality clean Skandi style furniture. The owners have fitted it as if it was their own home. Walk in shower superb. Underground carpark space is a bonus.

    Luxury everywhere. First you park in front of the reception and then you get a ticket to parking slot owned by hotel but localised a little bit closer to lake. Swimming pool - you get the bathing rob in room and extra towels just in swimming pool. Localisation - ideal, just between the castles. Breakfast - huge variety, very tasty.

    While booking it was challenging to find a modern looking property in the area. Maximilian Appartements were a great choice! Everything looked clean and new, there was even music in the shower 😍 Personnel were lovely and took dietary request into account for breakfast. Breakfast is like in a 5-star hotel, but for a very reasonable price. Tasty and beautiful. Multiple restaurants are within 20-minute walking distance. We loved our stay!

    The breakfast was outstanding. The hospitality was superb. The staff live in the same building and are very nice and helpful. The house was very old and if you like to live in Old German type Houses/Attic apartments, this would be a nice choice.

    Amazing interior design, literally spotless bathroom, great location near center and castles, and one of the most memorable breakfast experiences we've had. Didn't even realize there was a mini fridge to use hidden in the closet. 5 star experience for 3 star price. Definity worth the stay. Best hotel of our roadtrip through Austria.
