ブダペストの中心部にあるÁurea Ana Palace by Eurostars Hotel Companyはフィットネスセンター、レストラン、バーを提供しており、聖イシュトバーン大聖堂まで1km以内です。5つ星のホテルで、ビジネスセンターとコンシェルジュサービスを提供しています。館内全域での無料WiFi、24時間対応のフロントデスク、空港トランスファー、ルームサービスを提供しています。... 【立地】 主要観光地に近く、アクセス抜群でした。 夜の国会やドナウ川クルーズまでも20代女一人で恐怖感なく歩ける(ブダペスト全体的に中心地で危険を感じたことはありせんが)治安です。 【対応】 またスタッフも英語が拙く、かつ一人客の日本人にも優しく丁寧に接してくださいました。チャットの事前の問い合わせの回答も素早かったです。 スパの予約方法(チェックイン後電話で予約)からWi-Fiの繋ぎ方(間違いやすいものの注意や正しいやり方)、朝食ビュッフェでの注文等、全て快適に過ごせるようご協力いただけました。 【清潔感】 ロビー、ロビーのお手洗い、部屋、廊下、その他、施設は全てにおいて清潔で気になるところはありませんでした。部屋にスリッパがあるのが裸足文化の私的にすごく嬉しかったです。 スパも利用客制限があるためか人混みにならず貸し切りの時間帯もあるほどで、床がビショビショ、砂が混じるなどは皆無で非常に気持ち良く使えました。水回りがキレイなことほど有難いことはないです。 【食事】 朝食ビュッフェのみの利用でしたが、美味しかったです。野菜をとるのが難しいヨーロッパで好きなだけビタミンを摂れたことに感謝です。またデザートも豊富で朝からテンション上がりました。ビュッフェ以外に玉子料理やサラダ等をウェイターさんに注文することもできました。美しく出来立ての料理を頂けるとも特別感があり良かったです。 【お風呂】 シャワーのみですが上から降ってくる海外形式と手動で動かせるタイプ選べました。水圧も十分で、シャワーの水の出方も(ジャーって出るやつと細かく出るやつ等)選択出来たので使い勝手が良かったです。 【睡眠】 ベッドも広く枕が寝やすい(柔らかめが好き)！！そして寝っ転がると常に優しく良い香りがしてきます。快眠！枕も4つあり入浴前、入浴後髪の毛が濡れたまま、寝るとき、と使い分けが出来たのでありがたかったです。 長期のヨーロッパ旅行でリラックスのために予約したのでベッドで快適に過ごせたのが何よりも嬉しかったです。

I had a lovely stay at Kozmo Hotel. Starting with the staff who were warm and welcoming, to the room which was more than comfortable, spacious, luxe, and charming, and then the spa which was extremely relaxing. The breakfast was lush and the options seemed unlimited. And the free drinks were the cherry on top. I would gladly stay here when visiting Budapest again. Thank you for the perfect stay!

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. The location on the Pest side is great, a bridge away from the more touristy Buda side. The hotel has a grandeur that carries over into details in the rooms that are simple but quite beautiful. The people there were also very attentive.

The 5-star Hyatt Regency Belgrade hotel enjoys a dynamic and vibrant location in Novi Beograd's bustling business district, nestled conveniently between the Beograd Airport and the Old Town. I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect - excellent service, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, very good spa. Everything was well-organized and enjoyable. A solid choice for a comfortable stay.
