The location is great for us not far from the chair lift, the unique designed hotel feel cozy and warm ^^, location is surround with restaurant, bar, convenience store, cafe. But you definitely get a great coffee and 5 stars dinner served at the hotel restaurant (our familiies loved the foods) with many selection of wines. Very secure hotel. Inside room is nice i mean perfect decor, comfy bed & super clean toilet i loved the premium amenities the hotel provide very good smell. They got everything you just pack your clothes and gear!

Travelling to Benalla this is the accommodation you have to stay at, a gorgeous home away from home, minutes away from the town CBD and located in a serene neighbourhood. There is so much space for a 2 bedroom place and there has been so much thought and planning put in to make the home 5 Stars. The Hosts are great communicators and checking in and out is made so easy, you have no excuse don't bypass Benalla, visit, just to say here.

Was good enough for what we need we d we were not after a 5 star accommodation but something clean and comfortable and not pricey it was perfect

Great value for money and more complimentary gifts , toothbrush, comb, razor etc etc than I’ve ever had in any hotel even 4 and 5 star hotels.

The pool area and the covered pergola are great with plenty of areas to sit and relax. We absolutely loved the bar area and the service we received. The restaurant is outstanding and better than any 5 star restaurant we had been to in Melbourne. We loved everything 💜 and will be back again. Thank you

Old school accommodation, clean neat, spacious with a superb location in centre of Bright and fronting river. Exceptional value for money and undercover parking in a leafy location. Would recommend to anyone that is not expecting 5 star, that needs comfortable, spacious accommodation with a simple retro feel

The rooms were tidy and very spacious, although the car wash next door was a little noisey.. The lagoon pool and spa inside the caves was absolutely stunning and gave a very luxurious touch. The indoor pool was also amazing. We had dinner at The Bullring and it was outstanding, steaks were cooked to perfection and would be hands down the best steak I have ever eaten. Service was also amazing.
