Just absolutely impeccable and the most friendly service you can imagine. But also great rooms and a really good breakfast. You just feel like you have nothing to worry about. We are also absolutely in love with the area of Florianopolis the hotel is in. It feels very safe and the beach town vibe is just great. Just always carry an umbrella, the weather is unpredictable. But in our case that was good, 3 rainy days - according to the forecast - changed into very sunny days. We will absolutely come back!
