This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us. The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Truly amazing place, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious with a beautiful view to the alps, the spa facilities were modern and clean and the breakfast was delicious. There is a lot to see and do in the area and everywhere is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

Gstaad is a pristine Alpine village that’s somehow equally out-of- this-world as it is down-to-earth. To experience all its wonders, escape to undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Switzerland. Staff is so courteous and friendly, picked us up from the train station and were excellent our entire stay. The spa was also beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious too’
