Beautiful garden and the location is superb. The kitchen has literally everything that one needs and more. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The swimming is a lovely bonus.

I really enjoyed almost everything in the hotel. The location is superb, the staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, made me feel very welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, I liked the style. The spa is just fantastic after hiking the whole day. The drinks at the bar in the lobby were well made.

The location of the hotel is superb, ask for rooms with balconies and the scenery is stunning. The breakfast has excellent choices and is available until 10:30. Very good coffee too. Flims is as good for walking (mountain trails and forest walks) as it is for skiing.

Location was outstanding! We made first tracks, and it was the best day of skiing I've had in years. Dinner was really nice, although a bit slow, but we were there when the hotel was very full. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Amazing architecture and interior design with an outstanding touch of upcycled curiosities, excellent setting for skiing, uncomplicated luggage transport included and cared for by the staff, nice breakfast buffet with excellent views, great coffee, real Swiss cheese, fruit and yoghurts, great 3 course dinner with free tap water and portions to feed even hungry skiers - and the greatest, most helpful and friendly staff you can imagine!

It is not luxury object but very convenient. Nice bar and pop-up restaurant on premises, indoor parking, coffee and tea, perfect location 5 min from gondola, close to shops. Really good place!

The locaction was superb. Very close to the skilift and the descent was to the door of the ski-room. Beautiful parking garage. Within 2 min walking distance from supermarket Coop
