The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is helpful and kind. Special mention to Stefano for making me feel at home in the hotel.

Free WiFi and wired internet are provided. Excellent hotel in the heart of Genève. The staff was really kind and we got a room upgrade which was amazing since we had more space. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The hotel staff is also very kind and they left attentions such as delicious snacks and special tea selection in the room. The apartment is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. the location is perfect - very centrally located and within walking distance from almost anything. We really loved it and would recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . The room and bathroom were well decorated and had all the amenities required .
