Room was incredible with a great view even not sea front, Shower with strong and hot water, a bathtub very well positioned in the room where you can relax after a full day of exploration. NO TV - that was awesome Native dance show presented by local people. It was really nice. Full property was nice, the spa I used once and was a good experience. It was cold, no chance to try the swimming pool even been very welcoming Staff very well trained, nice, helpful and available at all times Hotel photos reflect exactly what you will find there upon arrival.

Free WiFi access is available and facilities include an outdoor swimming pool. スタッフの方がいつもフレンドリーで、暖かく迎えて下さり、とても細やかな気遣いをして下さるところです。特にレセプションのMIGUELさんのホスピタリティは素晴らしく、日本の滞在経験も相まって、まるで家に帰ってきたように暖か迎えて下さり、それが本当に嬉しいのです。 他のスタッフの方も素晴らしい方ばかりで、フレンドリーかつ、迅速にリクエストをこなしてくださります。 実は今回レストランで、オーダーした飲み物が全く出て来ないことがあり、（忙しかったのだとは理解します）レストランのスーパーバイザーに飲み物が出て来ず、キャンセルしてくださいという旨を伝えたところ、彼自身のお詫びと共に、部屋に戻ると彼からの誠意の印ということで、カクテルをご用意して下さりました。 特にクレームを行ったわけでもないのですが、そのように心遣いをして下さる事に、とても感動しました。 翌日の朝食会場も、とても混んでいたのですが、FRANCISCOさんという素敵なギャルソンの方が、笑顔できびきびとコーヒーをサーブしてくださり、また、混んでいるにも関わらず、率先して卵料理をサーブして下さるなど、朝食の美味しさもさることながら、FRANCISCOさんをはじめとする皆様のゲストをもてなすプロフェッショナリズムに、感動と畏怖を感じるほどでした。 シェラトンの一流のホテル設備、素敵なお部屋は勿論ですが、ここでの最大の喜びは、「プロフェッショナルに満ちた素敵なスタッフの皆様方による、心からのおもてなしを頂くことが出来る喜び」に尽きると思います。本当にありがとうございました。
