Good location, good ambience, very friendly staff. As i am non Chinese speaker, they helped me a lot in finding my lost luggage and talked with the respective authorities on my behalf to find them finally. Thanks heaps for that.

長沙市にあるDays Hotel & Suites China Town---Five minutes to reach Changsha Station, the metro Line 2 & Line 6 are nearby,free gym & laundromat,Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is offered on the 31st... It had to be the room, spacious & clean, not forgetting to mention also the large round bed. The “staff’s “human touch” approach, especially Jack Ma,, had made my stay at Days Hotel & Suites extremely comfortable and stress free. The buffet breakfast, though limited in variety and quantity, definitely helped in giving me a good start for the day. The location was ideal and suited the purpose of my visit to Changsha, it is being served by subway lines 2 and 6.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.
