Our stay at J Hotel Shanghai was perfect from the very first moment we stepped in. The atmosphere and the attention to detail made us feel instantly cared for. Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

There is a signature Japanese restaurant YONE on the 27th floor and a brasserie style all-day dining restaurant Shanghai Tavern, 3 lounge bars and 2 rooftop bars. ロケーションがいい。地下鉄2号線駅から徒歩1-2分。浦東空港から行きやすい。上海ディズニーランド駅までも、1回乗り換えでいきやすい。 部屋は広い、清潔、シャワーブースとバスタブが別なのはすごく助かる。ホテル横にスタバあり。ホテル前は歩行者天国で、タクシー横づけはできない。

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! I will return because of the service from the staff. They were patient and helpful. I had to communicate with a translator because I am not a Chinese speaker and everyone was always willing to figure out my needs. They were so nice to my children and thoughtful about them. My son got hurt and they did everything to make him feel better. Breakfast was ok and had something different each day. I enjoyed the noodle bar and my kids loved the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit as well as the candy bar! The hotel restaurant is also pretty good. The hotel is perfect for Disney. It is very far away from museums, aquarium, airport and train station.
