From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always kind and attentive in every detail. The entire place was spotless, beautifully renovated, and perfectly quiet – creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was another highlight: room service was tasty, breakfast was delicious, and dinner at the restaurant was unforgettable. In fact, it was one of the best meals of our whole trip, with an outstanding wine list – even compared to several Michelin-starred restaurants we visited. A perfect combination of history, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Relais & Châteaux Hotel Burg Schwarzenstein features elegantly decorated rooms with high-quality furnishings. Highlights include a minibar and a modern bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. We didn't realize this is one of the Relais & Châteaux hotels before we arrive, and we're totally satisfied after arrival. Pretty nice holiday getaway hotel with good location, view, facility and friendly staff. There is a gift riesling in the room(yes of course, this is Geisenheim, riesling is the reason that brought us here), and it is a pretty tasty one. The hotel has a fine restaurant attached to it, but we didn't have a chance to try due to reservation issues.

The location is amazing, very easy to reach within the airport indoors , also to go to departures as well. The room was spacious and even though is within the airport facilities is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable as well and the breakfast is great. Also many options for lunch and dinner there are 2 restaurants and room service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really loved it for my overnights stay between frights.
