The hotel is luxurious and the location is excellent

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we all felt very welcome. the Breakfast was outstanding, properly one of the best ever.

Breakfast was superb!

We have stayed here before but before it was a Maxx hotel and we loved it. Now it's not that luxurious like before, it's just generic. The location is amazing and it was clean. Next time I will stay somewhere else in Potsdam.

Superb breakfast, great selection of well-made dishes. Home-baked bread. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for vegetarians. Great restaurant for the dinner.

The room service was outstanding. The mini bar was included in the tarriff which was a very nice gesture and the breakfast was sumptuous! But we would like to make special mention of Michael (Bar Manager). Michael's gentle, albeit warm, sincere and engaging manner was a highlight for us. He provided wonderful conversation and some education about non-alcoholic cocktails which we will practice at home.

Hotel located with walking distance to town centre and palace, sorounded by trees. Very comfy bed, bathroom very clean, without a trace of mould stains. Brekfast was fantastic with outstanding variety of choices.
