My husband and I had a fantastic stay, filled with everything we could possibly ask for. Staff was extraordinary service minded, friendly and helpful. We prolonged our stay because we loved the experience, staff and place so much. Everything was top notch: service, staff, breakfast, dinners, beds, SPA-experience, room, area etc. We will definitely come back. Thank you to Team Schloss Berg!

Mein host was absolutely charming and very helpful . His patience with us as we negotiated the exit/ entrance barrier, the car park and lift deserved a medal. The hotel is well situated for walking round the town and the room was very clean and everything worked. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of enticing morsels to try, and once again, mein host was ever-present and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival at the hotel which is situated close to the motorway network. Our room was spotless and roomy with very comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good for a one night stay. Walk in shower was superb. Room very spacious. Restaurant waiter very helpful. Breakfast in bakery next door, also owned by the hotel owners, was very good and fresh. Interesting small town steeped in the Villeroy Boch Pottery empire if you have time to look around.

Only a few minute walk from the main busy part of the town (we took a tram from the train station). The swimming pool and sauna was a nice bonus. The room was basic but more than adequate. Very much a retro vibe. A special mention about breakfast. It was just superb, with a huge buffet style choice, omelette to order and very good coffee. Nice breakfast room overlooking the street. Overall excellent value for money!!!

The hotel is fantastic, 5 star quality hotel and staff. Rooms are clean, actually the entire hotel is. High standards. The refurbishment of the hotel is very well done and looks classy and chique. 2 Michelin star restaurant with great prices and great food. Generous and tasty appetisers.

It is a 5 stars hotel, there is no doubt about that. Everything is very good. There is a champaign bottle in the room. The staff speaks French, English, German, and probably some other languages that I do not speak.
