The staff is really friendly: they do remind me on a couple of grandparents who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. After traveling 3 weeks through Ecuador this place has by far the nicest rooms we have seen. They are spacious, new and very nice decorated providing all facilities you need. The owner of the hotel provided dinner in the evening which was really good at a very fair price. Communication was a bit hard because they don't speak English very well, but the owners are very open and willing to help.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

This incredible colonial-style hotel is located in Quito's San Francisco square and boasts panoramic views of the historic center from its terrace. Quito´s Basilica is 8 minutes driving. The high ceiling and spacious bathroom. A beautiful historic property with impeccable service. Both the breakfast and dinner were very good.
