The reception and customer relations were excellent special thanks to Rimomda and Sara for their warm and professional service. The hotel even followed up with us before our arrival, which was a nice touch. All the hotel has modern decorations especially the rooms from inside The beach was splendid, and we appreciated that the food prices there were reasonable. The water park was amazing, compact yet full of fun! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties. Room service was great Ahmed offered us alot of services again all outstanding

Super clean, very nice breakfast, friendly professional staff, specially hotel manager Dalia who was very helpful and prompt when we had an issue with our room, accommodated the situation smoothly and professionally, Just mentioning this to show how good and professional they were, and didn't affect our stay at all. Nice location, close to the village.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux, bien au-delà de nos attentes ! L’établissement, récent, est un véritable oasis dans l’oasis de Siwa : calme, verdoyant et ombragé, parfait pour se ressourcer. Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours à l’écoute et disponible. Nous avons organisé nos 3 jours d’activités directement avec eux, et tout a été magique : visites avec un chauffeur privé, safari dans le désert (inoubliable, je le recommande vivement !), tout était parfaitement organisé. La nourriture est excellente, avec des dîners à réserver un peu en avance et des petits déjeuners très copieux et remplis de spécialités locales. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et agréables. Le fait que l’hôtel soit légèrement excentré rend l’expérience encore plus reposante, loin de l’agitation, dans un cadre apaisant et authentique. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés !
