He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

I stayed at Domina many times, in different kind of accommodations. So, far, this was the best accommodation I stayed at. Elisir has a whole different vibe form the 'marine theme' that Domina has. When you enter the reception, you feel like you stepped into a SouthEastern Asian country: serene atmosphere, dark wood, Buddha statues. The room I stayed at had beautiful huge and comfortable four poster beds, walk in closet and fantastic bathroom. All the amenities where there, very clean. Just super. Included with the room, was the entrance to the spa which I thought I was not interested in. Well, I was wrong: I tried it and I enjoyed it immensely. On the day of the check out, I had a late flight and they kindly let me keep the room until my departure. The transfer from and to the airport was impeccable. Communication with the property before and during my stay was incredibly fast. When I had a 'problem' with the wifi, it was solved in no time. Big thank you to Hamid and looking forward to go back (hopefully soon).

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
