I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and minibar, made the stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was pristine, featuring a walk-in shower with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. I had dinner there one evening, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
