A fantastic experience, two night stay in this luxury hotel, a breathtaking location, staff wonderful throughout & cheerful upon arrival, especially service in the Michelin star authentic railway carriage, food exceptional, where we had one evening meal (the other in the International restaurant). We arranged a tour of the hotel to delve into its history & surroundings & our guide Maria was excellent & made it so interesting.

We use this hotel as a midway point on the way back and forth from the ferry at Bilbao just of the motorway it's perfect, food isn't bad staff are friendly enough and it's spotlessly clean great wine and real value for money. 5 stars.

This is supposed to be a 5 Star Hotel, it most definitely is not by normal standards! The hotel and staff are lovely but the service is definitely not 5 star. I think it may have achieved this by its location alone. Saying that, the price was equivalent to what you might pay for a decent 4 star

The treatment for pets is nothing short of amazing, and that alone makes them deserving of 5 stars. However, during check-in yesterday around 19:45, the man at the desk was not appealing at all. He wore a very fake smile and showed no patience. In contrast, the man who assisted us during checkout was super friendly, helpful, and nice. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Parking for motorcycle was high on priorities for me and everything about the Hotel was first class. Sadly the restaurant was closed for a private function. I can fully recommend staying at the hotel. 5 stars from me.

A beautiful well kept fantastic little apartment. Superb facilities, including a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. This is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed in. Lovely garden to look out on and comfortable bed along with internet TV.. Fantastic, best stay of mine for many years.
